Stacey Bramley Carleton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist (TIYT) who earned a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University.

Stacey specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, challenges in relationships, existential and self-identity issues, life transitions, relationship with body, and unwanted patterns. Supporting women in the development of self-compassion, connection with self and other, healthy relationships, and safety is an intention and dedication in her work. A passion of Stacey’s is supporting women and men during the perinatal period struggling with loss, grief, identity, emotions, and transition.
